1Chicken Breast
Fried, OR low fat/calorie chicken nuggets

¼ cuptropicana trop50 orange juice

2 tablespoonsliquid aminos

1 dropsesame oil

1 tablespoonhoney

Garlic powder
measure w/ heart

Onion powder
measure w/ heart

Ginger powder
measure w/ heart

⅛ teaspooncorn starch

1 tablespoonSweet Chili Sauce
Instructions
Step 1
Air fry your chicken based off what you are using. I used 3 Whole Foods 365 Chicken Nuggets.

For the Sauce
Step 2
In a medium or small pan, add your wet ingredients. Whisk together on medium heat.





Step 3
Add your dry ingredients to the pan. Whisk together.




Step 4
While chicken is cooking, make your rice and wontons. I don’t explain the rice on here but the recipe is on my page!

Step 5
Once your chicken is finished, dice into medium bite sized pieces. Toss in your pan with the sauce and coat chicken. Once fully coated, plate chicken and Enjoy!
Wontons
Step 6
In another pan, add 4 wontons on low/medium heat with a light spray of olive oil. Cover with lid.

Step 7
Toss around every few minutes until crispy and hot. Once cooked to preference, add to plate and enjoy!
