Instructions

Step 1
Peel the patatoes and grate them coarsely. Put them on a cloth and drain the juices. Then, place them in a bowl, add salt and pepper to taste. Chop some parsley and grate a handful of cheese.
Step 2
Pour a grate amount of oil in a pan. Add 1/4 of the patatoes. Sprinkle some parsley and cheese on top and add another 1/4 of potatoes on top. Make round shape with a spatula. Fry until th inside is soften and the outside is light brown and crispy.
Step 3
Fry the egg (runny or well done).
Step 4
Place the pankace on a plate and put the egg on top of it. Sprinkle some parsley and cheese.
