Chicken Sweetcorn Soup

Instructions

Step 1
Pour water into a saucepan and simmer the chicken drumsticks until cooked
Step 2
Remove chicken and let it cool before shredding into strips. Keep the water.
Step 3
Remove any scum in the water that was left behind
Step 4
In the pot, add the sesame oil, chicken stock powder and creamed sweetcorn

Bring to the boil
Step 6
Add the shredded chicken and bring back to boil
Step 7
Mix cornflour with small amount of chicken water to form a thin paste. Drizzle into the soup, mixing thoroughly.
Step 8
Whisk the eggs in a separate bowl together and then drizzle it from 15cm above into the pot while stirring the soup
Step 9
Garnish with chopped spring onions and pepper
