Ingredients

1kgbeef mince
2 tspNduja paste
or chopped Nduja Sausage
2 tsporegano
2 tsppaprika
1 tspcumin powder
1 tspchilli powder
1onion
large, finely chopped
400gchopped tomatoes
3 Tbsptomato paste
400gred kidney beans
1Red Bell Pepper
Finely Cubed
1Green Bell Pepper
Finely Cubed
4garlic cloves
finely chopped
2Chillis
Finely Sliced
1 tspchilli flakes
20gDark Chocolate
finely chopped
300mlbeef stock
Instructions
Step 1
Heat a large frying pan or skillet and add one tbsp of vegetable oil.
Step 2
Add in the chopped onions and cook until they are soft.
Step 3
Add in the beef mince and cook until browned
Step 4
Stir in the nduja and cook for a further two minutes, then transfer to the slow cooker.
Step 5
Add in all of the remaining ingredients stirring as you add each one.
Step 6
Cover with a lid and cook for 5-6 hours on high.
Step 7
Plate up, and serve with rice, sour cream and crispy tortillas.
Step 8
Lick you’re lips and enjoy.
