Ingredients

1 lbground beef
2 x 15 ozcans of no-salt added black beans
or kidney beans
1yellow onion
medium, diced
1green bell pepper
diced
2tomatoes
medium, diced
3cloves garlic
crushed
1 ½ cupsno-salt added beef broth
2 teaspoonscumin
1 ½ teaspoonschili powder
1 teaspoondried oregano
½ teaspoonblack pepper
⅓ cupfresh cilantro
Instructions
Step 1
Brown ground beef in a stove top skillet and drain off fat.
Step 2
Add ground beef and all other ingredients (except cilantro) to slow cooker and set to low. Cook for 8 hours.
Step 3
Stir chili well and serve with fresh cilantro.
