Instructions
Step 1
Heat 1 tbsp olive oil in a pan, add meat and season well. Brown your meat(adds better flavour), remove from pan with slotted spoon and add to slow cooker. Discard the watery fat.
Step 2
Add onion, garlic, spices, tomato & beef stock to the slow cooker and season well.
Step 3
Cook for 6 hours low or 4 hours high.
Step 4
Add peppers and kidney beans 1 hour before end of cooking time.
Step 5
Once ready add dark chocolate and coriander and serve with rice, sour cream, guacamole & jalapeños.
