Step 1
Heat the oil in a large, deep frying pan over a high heat.
Step 2
Add the mince and cook for 10 minutes over a medium heat, stirring with a wooden spoon to break up the mince, until browned all over.

2. Meanwhile, cook the pasta in a big pan of boiling water (add the stock cubes to the water to flavour it.) Follow the instructions on the pasta pack - it usually takes about 11 minutes.

5 minutes, stirring often, until the onion has softened, and the mushrooms are cooked through.

4. Reduce the heat under the pan and add the cream cheese, Worcestershire sauce, half of the chopped parsley and a ladleful of the pasta cooking water to the mince mixture. Stir to make a smooth sauce.
Step 7
5. Drain the pasta, add it to the sauce and toss well until combined. Serve with the remaining parsley sprinkled on top.
