Instructions

Step 1
First, we'll want to finely dice a large yellow onion and dice up 3-4 garlic cloves.
Step 2
Bring a pot to medium heat, add 2-3 tablespoons olive oil, and sauté the onion and garlic until transulcent. Then add a few pinches of salt, fresh cracked pepper, 1 tsp oregano, 1 tsp thyme, and 1/2 tsp Calabrian chili flakes.
Step 3
Add 1lb of ground meat then mince it up until browned up and cooked through, about 8-10 minutes.
Step 4
When its cooked through, add 15oz can of tomato sauce and 32 oz brothand bring to a simmer, this should take about a 6-10 minutes.
Step 5
Then, add in your pasta of choice and for the time according to it's packaging instructions.
Step 6
2 minutes before the pasta is done, add 1/2 cup cream, 1/3 cup shredded parmesan, 1/3 cup mozzarella, and 2 tbsp ricotta cheese
