Instructions

Step 1
Cook rice as instructed
Step 2
Slice the skin off of the salmon and cut salmon into small bite size pieces

In a medium bowl mix together salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, old bay, and chili powder

Toss salmon in the bowl with seasonings and coat well
Step 5
In an Air Fryer, air fry the salmon bites at 400 degrees Fahrenheit for 8 minutes

Slice avocado, carrot, and cucumber into strips
Step 7
In a bowl, place the cooked rice, salmon, cucumber, carrots, and avocado and top with siracha sauce.
