Instructions
Step 1
1. Preheat a large non-stick skillet over medium heat, add olive oil and swirl to coat. Add onion, and cook 3 minutes, stirring occasionally.

2. Add ground turkey, and cook 5-7 minutes, breaking into pieces and stirring continuously.

Step 3
3. Add zucchini, stir and cook another 4-5 minutes or until zucchini is tender.

Step 4
4. Turn off heat; stir in tomatoes and pesto. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese before serving
