Instructions
Step 1
Cut chicken into bite-size pieces. Sauté in a pan until just ready, seasoned with salt and pepper.
Step 2
Add BBQ sauce and sauté on high to make sure chicken is fully coated. Set chicken aside.
Step 3
In a large pan, sauté onion and jalapeno for 3-4 min. Season with salt and pepper. Add corn and cook until the veggies get color on them.
Step 4
While veggies are cooking, chop the tomato and place it in a bowl. Add cooked veggies and mix well. Check for salt & pepper.
Step 5
Set up the table:
🍗 bowl with BBQ chicken
🥬 plate with lettuce
🌽 bowl with veggies mix
🧅 bowl with chopped green onions
🥜 bowl with peanuts
🍶 ranch dressing
