Prep:15minCook:20min
A bold, one-pot chicken orzo dish with Mediterranean-inspired flavors and a spicy kick. Tender seasoned chicken is simmered with orzo in a savory broth infused with white wine, garlic, tomatoes, and peppers, while balsamic vinegar adds a subtle tangy depth. The result is a hearty yet balanced meal that’s slightly saucy, flavorful, and perfect for an easy weeknight dinner.
