Enchiladas

ENCHALIDAS 1 1/2 pkg of 12 corn tortillas 3 cans enchalida sauce ​ 2 10oz blocks of cheddar cheese (grated) onions chopped 2 tbsp cooking oil (add more as needed) ​ ​ Heat oil in skillet and place tortillas in pan one at a time just long enough to soften. Put one-half can of sauce in a shallow bowl, and place tortillas one at a time in sauce. Top with a small amount of onion and cheese. Roll tortilla and place in baking dish. Repeat until all tortillas are filled and placed in baking dish. Top with remaining cheese and onions, and pour rest of enchalida sauce on top. Place in preheated 350 degree oven for 30 minutes.
