Let's make the batter
Step 1
Add peanut butter into a bowl

Add sugar

Cream it up

Add the egg and keep mixing

Add some chopped almonds (optional)

Roll the batter into balls and place them on a tray lined with parchment paper

Do a criss-cross motion with a fork

Bake for 6 minutes

Time to make them tastier

Top off the cookies with some peanut butter and strawberry jam (or any jam of your choice)
