Step 1
In a mixing bowl, mix the flour, salt, baking soda, and sugar together.

Then, in a separate bowl mix the egg, oil, milk, and vanilla together.

Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients.
Step 4
Once the dry and wet ingredients are mixed, put in the blueberries.
Step 5
Scoop the batter into the muffin cups.

Bake in 375°F for 20 minutes or until golden brown.
