Instructions
Step 1
Hollow out 4 large bell peppers and place in boiling water for 10 minutes. In another pot filled with water bring to boil and cook rice.
Step 2
Dice up all vegetables and saute over medium heat. Once done remove from pan
Step 3
Remove sausage from casing and fry over medium heat until browned
Step 4
Add vegetables back to pan with sausage. Add in cooked rice, tomato sauce, marinara seasoning and stir to combine.
Step 5
Fill peppers half way with mixture, add shredded cheese then fill the rest of the way and top with more cheese. Bake 400° until cheese is bubbly and caramelized.
