Instructions
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 180c fan.
Step 2
Mix the orzo with the vegetable stock in a deep roasting tin and lay the vines over the top
Step 3
Arrange the cherry tomatoes in an even layer over the orzo, scatter the red onion, bay leaves, 1 tsp salt and pepper
Step 4
Roast for 20 mins, uncovered
Step 5
When the orzo is cooked, remove the vines and stir through the olive oil, salt, herbs and pepper. Serve
