Instructions

Step 1
Mix the onion, parsley, egg, breadcrumbs and garlic in a blender.

Add the mixture to the minced meat. Add the salca, cumin powder, garlic powder, paprika powder, black pepper, salt and salt. Kneed it and let rest for 1 hour in the refrigerator.

Kneed the minced meat in to the right shape and place in the oven together with the green peppers wrapped in aluminium foil.

Mix the butter, tomato paste, salca, salt, pepper and parsley in a pan and let it come to a simmer. Add water until it creates the perfect thickness. Let it cook for a bit.
Step 5
When the minced meat is ready, spread large dürüm sheets with tomato sauce, place the minced meat on them, roll them up, and cut in to smal pieces. Place them in a casserole dish and then put them back in the oven until they are heated through.

Place them nicely on a plate and add tomato sauce on top. Serve with pilav, salad with sumac, turkish yoghurt and the peppers.
