To freeze: divide dough into 4 parts and roll out to about 7-8”. Baked the dough without toppings for 5 minutes. Add toppings of your choice then place each pizza in a large freezer bag. To bake preheat oven to 450ºf and bake until golden brown.

Instructions

Step 1
1. Add the yeast and 1 tsp sugar to a bowl with warm water and set aside for about 3 minutes. 2. In a medium bowl mix together the flour, salt, sugar, and oil. Stir in the yeast mixture and knead until a smooth dough forms. 3. Transfer the dough to a large oiled bowl. Brush the top with a little oil then cover with plastic wrap and a kitchen towel. Place in a warm spot to rise until doubled in size, about 1 hour. 4. To make the sauce, mix the tomato sauce, Italian seasoning, granulated garlic, granulated onion, salt & pepper in a small sauce pan. Heat for a few minutes to allow the flavors to blend together. 5. Preheat oven to 450ºf. Roll out the dough and place on a baking sheet. Top with sauce, cheese, pepperoni, etc. and bake until the crust is golden brown.
