Instructions
Step 1
Chop all vegetables and add to crockpot, setting some of the chopped onion aside. Add cream of mushroom and beef broth and minced garlic. Season with Montreal and cajun seasoning.
Step 2
Saute onion with olive oil, tajin and garlic salt and pepper.
Step 3
Add chopped meat to onion and cook to medium or medium rare.
Step 4
Add to crockpot. Set on high for about 6 hours.
