Step 1
Mix all ingredients in a bowl or large glass measuring cup
Step 2
Heat a pan on medium and add a pat of butter
Step 3
Pour a small amount of batter about 1/4 cup and cook like a pancake. Flip when the edges start to dry, peek at the bottom to see if it's golden brown
Step 4
Top with butter and eat warm. Traditionally served with chili.
