Shred rotisserie chicken, put aside.
Cook shells according to box directions for al denta. Set aside to cool Cube the block of cream cheese, add to a pot with hot sauce and ranch and sour cream. Keep heat low just enough to smooth out cream cheese, you don't want it to get too hot so you can handle it while stuffing shells. Shred both cheeses half for chicken mixture half for top. Let hot sauce mixture cool slightly, add to shredded chicken, add half the cheese, green onion, garlic powder and salt and pepper to taste and mix well. Stuff each shell, put in greased baking dish. Top with remaining cheese. Put in oven Uncovered for 15-20 mins or until cheese is melted and bubbly. Top with blue cheese crumbles, blue cheese dressing and green onion serve immediately.
