Creamy Chicken Noodle Pasta with Peas

This is my version of a creamy noodle box mix. The box mixes are not as healthy & fullnof preservatives. So, for my family of 7, I make things from scratch to be able to save money & eat better.

Ingredients

Knorr Tomato bouillon with chicken flavor
Instructions
Step 1
10-12 cups of water with 4 tablespoons of the bouillon (you can use more or less, it's your preference of taste. Plain chicken bouillon will work)
Add 4 chicken breasts (frozen or fresh) to cook in the water mix, bring to boil and then simmer.
Pull the breasts out and cube them.
Add them back into the water, then add one and a half of the 16 oz wide egg noodles to the water.
Cover and simmer until the noodles are almost done.
Add a corn starch mixture of 1/2 cup of corn starch and about one cup of cold water, whisk until it's liquid.
Add to the noodle mix, stir gently until combined. Then add 6 to 8 oz of sour cream, stir.
Add peas, then let sit for a bit to thicken.
Serve and enjoy!
