Instructions
Step 1
1. In a small bowl combine salmon, mayonnaise and sriracha. Season with salt and pepper. Mix together.
Step 2
2. Place a sheet of nori on a clean surface. Using scissors (or a knife) make a single cut in the middle of one side, until you get to the middle of the sheet.
Step 3
3. In the bottom left corner, spread an even layer of 1/4 cup rice (lightly wetting your hands to make it easier to spread). Sprinkle with 1/2 teaspoon furikake.
Step 4
4. On the top left square of nori spread half the salmon mixture in an even layer.
Step 5
5. On the top right square of nori, line half the cucumbers into a thin, even layer.
Step 6
6. On the last square of nori add a layer of half the sliced avocado and top with 1/2 teaspoon furikake seasoning.
Step 7
7. Starting from the rice, fold the square up, then to the right, then down until you have a neat spicy salmon “hand roll” square.
Step 8
8. Repeat with remaining ingredients and serve
