can substitute with fresh double cream

Instructions
Step 1
Place oil, onion and herbs in the jug.
Step 2
Select CHOP
Step 3
Select SAUTÉ
Step 4
Add remaining ingredients in the order they are listed and select COOK, HIGH and cook for 14 minutes.
Step 5
Select BLEND, HIGH and allow to blend for 1 minute or to your desired level of smoothness. Blend for an extra minute if you prefer your soup completely smooth.
