Simple and delicious waffles. I have no idea where I found this recipe 20 years ago, but the scrap of paper I have it written on has seen better days. It's been taped back together multiple times; therefore, I'm adding here.

Instructions
Step 1
Place all dry ingredients in a large bowl and whisk together.
Step 2
Measure Milk, Avocado Oil, and Pure Almond Extract in a large measuring cup.
Step 3
Separate egg yolks and egg whites. Put egg yolks in with the Milk, Avocado Oil, and Pure Almond Extract. Put the egg whites in their own clean bowl.
Step 4
Beat egg whites until stiff peaks form.
Step 5
Without cleaning your beaters, beat liquid mixture of Milk, Avocado Oil, Pure Almond Extract and egg yolks.
Step 6
Pour liquid mixture into dry ingredients and beat until smooth.
Step 7
Fold in egg whites.
