Preheat grill to maximum

Drizzle a little oil over the salmon skin and grill for 6min then turn for a further 4min

Toast the pumpkin seeds in a dry frying pan for about 2min and season with a little salt

Mash the avocado, add finely chopped onion and sesame oil and mix well
Step 5
Serve salmon piled with the avocado, scatter over the feta and finish with sprinkling of toaster pumpkin seeds
