Instructions
Step 1
Chop up your veggies and chicken.
Step 2
Soften veggies, onion and garlic in a frying pan with melted butter for 5 mins. And the mixed herbs, cook for 2 more minutes then add to the the slow cooker.
Step 3
Fry the diced chicken for 5 minutes, add the pepper and salt if adding and then add it to the slow cooker
Step 4
Mix the chicken and veggies together in the slow cooker and add the 500mls of chicken stock.
Step 5
Cook on high for approx 4 hours or low for approx 6hrs.
