1. Prep & cook lamb

Heat oil in a large frypan on medium-high heat. Par lamb dry, season with salt and Coat in Moroccan spices. Cook lamb for 3-4 minutes each side for medium (depending on thickness), or until cooked to your liking.

2. Finish lamb

Rest lamb, covered, before slicing thinly.

3. Meanwhile, prep slaw

Prep cucumber and toss in a large bowl with slaw and yoghurt. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Set aside for serving.

4. Heat wraps

Place wraps on a large plate and microwave on high for 2 minutes, until warmed through.
