Instructions
Step 1
Boil 1.5 cup raw kidney beans to make 30oz cooked beans


Step 2
Remove the boiled beans and add olive oil. Add onion, garlic, and butter. Add chicken when onions are cooked. Cook for 10 min or when the water dries up





Step 3
Add all dry spices, salt, cooked beans, 1 cup water (or stock if desired). Add tomato puree on top and cook covered under bean chilli setting on instant pot







Step 4
After pressure is released, open the pot to give it a mix. Now you can either add sour cream and mix everything or serve sour cream at side.

Step 5
Serve with baked potatoes or tortilla chips with some diced avocadoes
