Step 1
Prepare the sushi following the package instructions. Once cooked, add sushi vinegar, brown sugar, and salt. Mix thoroughly and allow it to rest until it cools down.

Step 2
Empty the canned tuna into a bowl after draining. Tear the surimi into smaller pieces and place in another bowl.
Step 3
Add a tablespoon to the bowl containing surimi and two tablespoons to the bowl with tuna. Mix both thoroughly, ensuring the tuna achieves a smooth consistency by breaking down pieces with a fork.
Step 4
Pour one tablespoon of soy sauce into each bowl, then thoroughly mix the contents.
Step 5
Slice all the vegetables into thin strips.
Sushi preparation
Step 6
Lay a nori leaf on a bamboo mat. Evenly spread the rice, leaving approximately 2 cm at the top and bottom.
Step 7
Arrange the remaining ingredients (lettuce, bell pepper, red onion, cucumber slice) at the center of your nori square. Optionally, add a layer of Philadelphia cream cheese.
Step 8
After filling your nori, roll it into sushi rolls. Fold until the nori touches the rice, firmly press to adhere it, then roll decisively to the end, ensuring precise and firm movements.
Step 9
Slice the sushi rolls to your preferred width.

Step 10
Serve your sushi rolls with soy sauce, optionally — wasabi and sweet sushi sauce. Enjoy!
