Instructions
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350° and grease a 1 quart casserole dish.
Step 2
Drain the crushed pineapple and set aside.
Step 3
Cube the bread and set aside.
Step 4
With a mixer, cream together margarine and sugar.
Step 5
Add in eggs, salt and cinnamon
Step 6
Fold in the pineapple then the bread.
Step 7
Pour into greased casserole dish.
Step 8
Cover and bake for 30-40 minutes. Take off cover for last 5 minutes to brown the top.
Step 9
Serve hot with your Christmas ham & enjoy!
