Step 1
Preheat oven to 350. Lightly grease a baking sheet with the baking spray or use a silicone mat.
Step 2
Place the kale in a large zippered plastic bag. Add the olive oil, close the bag, and massage the leaves with the oil to coat well.
Step 3
Spread out the kale on the baking sheet, flattening the leaves. Bake for 12 minutes, until leaves are crisp. Remove from the oven and sprinkle with the sea salt. Serve with the pecans.
