Instructions
Cabbage stew
Step 1
Cut the onions and peppers small than fry for 5 min.Add the chopped cabbage and stir for like 10 min over medium heath.Add the chopped tomatoes and stir again.Add tomato paste,on3 small cup of hot water,salt and pepper and stir for another 5 min than put the lid and let it sit .
Polenta
Step 2
Warm up one cup of water
Step 3
Add salt and one teaspoon of oil
Step 4
Add the cornmeal and stir
Step 5
And little butter for creaminess
Step 6
Stir for 5 min maximum
