Hamburger Gravy over Mashed Potatoes

Instructions
Step 1
Peel & cut potatoes, amount as desired, into large saucepan. Cover with cold water. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat and cook until tender.
Step 2
Drain off water & cover & set aside until gravy is complete.
Step 3
While potatoes are cooking, Brown ground beef in skillet, add onion & green pepper, sauté 5 minutes, add garlic & cook 1 minute more.
Step 4
Add celery & 1 cup of water. Add seasoning, boullion & Kitchen Bouquet. Cook until celery is tender crisp.
Step 5
Stir flour into 1/2 cup water & whisk until smooth. Add to above mixture. Cook & stir until thick & smooth.
Step 6
Mash cooked potatoes as you prefer. Serve gravy over mashed potatoes

Can use ground turkey or other ground meat if desired.
