Instructions

Step 1
-Preheat oven to 400 F -Mix to combine oats, flour, flax meal, 1 teaspoon of cinnamon and chia in large bowl -Add oil, agave syrup, eggs and vanilla to small bowl and mix lightly with fork or whisk. -Add applesauce and smashed bananas to oil/egg bowl and mix -Add wet ingredients to dry and mix until just combined -Spoon into prepared muffin tin -Combine turbinado sugar with 1 teaspoon cinnamon and sprinkle on top of muffins. -Bake 20 minutes at 400 F Yields 12-16 muffins depending on how much you fill cups You can substitute honey or maple syrup for the agave and add raisins and/or nuts per preference
