Step 1
1. Rinse the rice. Cook the rice according to the instructions on the packet in a pot of lightly salted water.

2. Drain the corn and peel and dice the onion. Fry the garlic and onion in a pan over medium-high heat until golden. Add the ground meat and corn and cook until the meat is thoroughly browned. Seasoned with the taco spice mix.

3. Rinse and dice the tomatoes.

4. Add the rice to a bowl and top with the beef, salsa, tomatoes, and cilantro.
