Instructions
Step 1
Brown meat in a pan and drain any grease.
Step 2
Stir in taco seasoning, rotel, corn, and salsa.
Step 3
Add in beef broth and rice and bring to a boil.
Step 4
Once boiling cover and remove from heat for 5 minutes.
Step 5
After five minutes stir and top with shredded cheese. Put heat to low and cover until the cheese melts.
Step 6
Serve with whatever toppings you want and enjoy!
