Instructions
Step 1
• Poner en una ollita a hervir los chiles huajillos, ancho y chipotle

Step 2
• Azar la hoja de platano

Step 3
• Molerlos en licuadora

Step 4
• Poner en la olla exprés la carne, los chiles licuados con el resto de los ingredientes,

Step 5
• Tapar y dejar hervir x 30min
