1chicken breast
½ tspsalt
½ tsppepper
1.5 slicesemmental cheese
2 slicesham
1egg
1 Tbspflour
50gpanko
500mlsunflower oil

Instructions
Béchamel Sauce
Step 1
Melt the butter in the pot over medium heat.
Step 2
When the butter is melted add the flour and stir well with a whisk
Step 3
Now add the milk sip by sip and always stir well. There should be no lumps.
Step 4
Season the sauce with salt and pepper and let it thicken for 5 min.
Cordon bleu
Step 5
Cut the chicken in half without cutting it fully through.
Step 6
Place a piece of plastic wrap on the chicken and pound it thin.
Step 7
Season the chicken with 1/4 tsp salt and pepper each.
Step 8
Top one half of the chicken breast with the cheese and ham.
Step 9
Fold the uncovered side over the covered one.
Step 10
To one plate add the flour and seasoning. Mix until well combined. To another one add the egg and whisk. To the last one add the panko.
Step 11
First coat the chicken with flour. Then dip it in the egg and finally in the panko. Make sure it's covered completely.

Heat the oil in a small pot. Leave the heat on high. Add the chicken roll and fry for 4-5min until crispy and golden brown on both sides.
Sandwich

Cut the bread in half. Spread both sides with butter and toast until golden brown.
Step 14
Meanwhile slice the tomato.
Step 15
Top the bottom bread half with the salad, tomato slices and cordon bleu.
Step 16
Drizzle on the béchamel sauce.
Step 17
Stack the other bread half on top and enjoy!
