Instructions

Step 1
In a large pot, sauté onion and garlic in olive oil for a few minutes until soft.
Step 2
Add the pieces of chicken and cook for 3 minutes. Add the carrot, herbs, chili powder, soy sauce, and stir.
Step 3
Add in the hot chicken stock and tomato paste. Mix well. Bring to the boil then reduce to a simmer.
Step 4
Allow simmering for about 15 minutes. Add in the kale and white beans.
Step 5
Season with salt and pepper, to taste. Simmer for another 5 minutes then serve with fresh parsley.
