Instructions
Step 1
Roast your garlic at 410°F/210°C for about 10 minutes
Step 2
In the meantime pour the vegetable stock into a pan then add your chopped tomatoes, spices and cook on low heat
Step 3
Squeeze your roasted garlic into the tomatoes cover them for 5 minutes
Step 4
Blend everything up add the cooked noodles and stir, let it cook for a minute
Step 5
Pour the soup into bowls and drizzle on the soy milk
Step 6
