Instructions
Step 1
Roast all the veg (tomatoes, onions and garlic) for 30-45 mins at 200 C until slightly charged leave the skins on the garlic whilst roasting
Step 2
Remove skins from tomatoes and garlic
Step 3
Bring stock to boil add veg and blend
Step 4
Serve hot with fresh bread
