Instructions
Step 1
Put veggies (I added one of everything) with olive oil to cook on light fire, add a bit of salt and pepper. Later, when veggies release water add 3 spoons of tomato sauce. Then add quinoa and some water and let it cook. I would add coriander or parsley leaves at the end, or some more spices during cooking like fennel or fenugreek. Garlic would go nicely with this combo.
