Instructions

Step 1
Prepare quinoa according to package directions. Toast slivered almonds & roast corn. Dice avocado and red onion. Combine oil, vinegar, sugar mustard and s&p for a dressing. Combine the salad ingredients and then stir in the dressing. Allow to sit for an hour or so to meld flavors. Serve cold or room temperature.
