Instructions
Step 1
Cut Pumpkin up into 2cm cubes, spread out onto lined baking tray and season with olive oil, salt, and pepper
Bake for 45 minutes at 200°c
Step 2
Cook pasta according to instructions
Step 3
(optional) Fry bacon in pan until crispy
Step 4
Add cooked pumpkin to pan and mash up
Step 5
Add cream and combine
Step 6
Add parmesan, salt and pepper, then cooked pasta
