Instructions
Step 1
Mix together the flour, milk, egg whites, vegetable oil and salt until the mixture is smooth and well combined.
Step 2
Let the batter rest for about 30 minutes in the refrigerator. This allows the flour to fully absorb the liquid for a smoother batter.
Step 3
Heat a non-stick skillet or crepe pan over medium heat.
Step 4
Lightly grease the pan with a bit of vegetable oil.
Step 5
Pour a small amount of batter into the center of the pan, swirling it around to spread it thinly across the bottom.
Step 6
Cook for about 1-2 minutes until the edges start to lift and the bottom is lightly golden.
Step 7
Carefully flip the crepe with a spatula and cook the other side for an additional 1-2 minutes.
Step 8
Repeat the process with the remaining batter. Stack the cooked crepes on a plate.
Step 9
Once the crepes are ready to fill, fold a crepe in half.
Step 10
Add your choice of fillings such as sliced fruits, whipped cream, ham, cheese, or vegetables to one side of the folded crepe. I added fresh strawberries, bananas, whipped cream and a white chocolate drizzle.
Step 11
Roll up the crepe into a cone shape starting from the filling side.
Step 12
Enjoy!
