Step 1
Preheat your oven to 375°F.

In a bowl, combine Japanese mayo, hot sauce, rice vinegar, soy sauce, sugar, and masago.

Step 3
Whisk the ingredients together until well combined. Adjust the hot sauce quantity according to your desired level of spiciness.

Place the salmon fillets on a baking dish lined with parchment paper.

Spread the sauce evenly over the salmon fillets.
Step 6
Bake the salmon for 15-20 mins uncovered then broil the salmon for 2-3 minutes or until it's golden with slight caramelization.
Step 7
Garnish with chopped green onions and a lemon wedge.
Step 8
Serve with rice, sliced cucumbers and roasted seaweed sheets.
