2 Tbspchicken bouillon powder
2 Tbspfish sauce
1 tspblack pepper
0.5 poundground pork
0.5 poundshrimp

Instructions
Step 1
Peel and cut chayote into even pieces. Mince shrimp and add to ground pork with chicken bouillon powder, black pepper and sugar. Mix well together. Boil water and add meatballs. Cook until they float to the top. Add chayote and cook until translucent. Add onion, chicken bouillon powder, fish sauce and black pepper. Taste and adjust the seasoning. Cook for 5 more minutes and add cilantro and green onions.
