Step 1
1. Heat up pan with oil and sauté farro for about 5 minutes. Heat up some water.

2. Boil 2.5-3 cups water. Add farro and boil until it soaks up the water.

Soak almonds in hot water for 10 minutes and peel skin.

3. Add more oil to the pan. Toast raisins and cranberries with a little salt.Add the almonds last so they don’t burn.

4. When farro is soft add it to the pan with the nuts and raisins. And mix. Add salt to taste.
